 To celebrate the long awaited grand opening of Aria Resort and Casino, the company unleashed a spectacular blanket of fireworks right above the hotel's roof which sent a feeling unlike any other to its first guests entering its doors last night, December 16, 2009. The view was absolutely beautiful.
The Resort, which is the center of the extraordinary urban city within a city, made its big debut last night in true Las Vegas fashion with a brand new twist. The Las Vegas strip will never be the same again as this beautiful vacation destination is now available to visit. The company partnered with Infinity World Development Corp to develop what has become the largest private sustainable project in the world. CityCenter has received a total of six LEED Gold Certifications.
There was an invite-only Gala held to celebrate ARIA's first day open. VIP guests were invited to partake in the unrivaled hospitality, endearing personal attention, and the endless first-class amenities.
"CityCenter will become the benchmark by which all new developments will be measured, and it won't be surpassed in scope and grandeur for decades," said Murren.
