Realty TV show superstar Jon Gosselin, of “Jon & Kate Plus 8” fame, apparently bailed this past weekend on a paid nightclub appearance. According to The Boston Globe, Gosselin was supposed to show up at Foxwoods on Saturday night, after making a deal with the MGM Grand club Shrine. He canceled last minute, saying, through his agent of course, that he didn’t want a paid nightclub visit to damage his image. To be fair, he doesn’t have that much of an image to damage.

Gosselin did, however, show up last Tuesday at both the Scorpion Bar and Shrine Nightclub at the MGM Grand. He assumed that this surprise appearance would satisfy his contractual obligations.

According to staffers, his surprise visit confused everyone, although that didn’t stop him from partying with current girlfriend Hailey Glassman, as the New York Post’s Page Six reports. Glassman is the daughter of Kate Gosselin’s (Jon’s former wife and mother of his eight children) tummy-tuck surgeon. Glassman continues to deny that their relationship played a part on the Gosselin’s separation after ten years of marriage.

At this time, there’s no word if Gosselin will get the money he thinks he’s owed, nor how much he would have been paid.
