One of online gaming’s biggest locations for regulation and licensing, The Isle of Man, has recently moved forward with plans to change its gaming policy for non-gambling operators.

This will be geared towards those groups who wish to run their companies within the tiny country.

Earlier this week, The Isle of Man announced that it would be extending its hand to internet gaming sites which would like to operate within their borders.

This will allow the island to bring in further online gaming revenue by allowing non licensed groups with non-gambling sites to operate without having to conform to the Online Gambling Regulations Act.

This major news comes with great rewards for the country as the online gaming operators are expected to flock to the Isle. This opportunity allows some of the top online gaming businesses to be more efficient and could possibly bring in a great amount of money.

Now, non gambling companies can fully operate within the country including marketing, software downloads, customer support, administration and relay servers without requiring them to have a license.

This new law does not apply to sites where players make wagers, but it does help the country which supports online gambling companies. This in turn could help the online gambling industry by providing a financially stable licensor for their business.
