The Cake Network was happy to announce this week that its new company in Malta was issued a Letter of Intent from the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority in relation to its application for a Class 4 Remote Gaming License. Through the formation of this new division Cake Network will now be able to offer current and future network partners the option of being regulated by Malta (should everything go through) or under Cake Gaming's license in Curacao.
This will make it easier for Cake Network to establish itself permanently in the EU. Malta is considered a widely respected jurisdiction and is known for its strict regulatory infrastructure. This move will enhance Cake Network's European presence by building on the resources and services that have proven successful in the white label power market.
In a recent statement Cake Network Director of Marketing, Andrew Turner said, "We are excited about being in a position to offer our existing and future partners licensing through the Malta Lotteries and Gaming Authority. This will greatly assist existing partners as they undertake further marketing within the European region and allow existing European White listed operators the opportunity to take advantage of the Cake Network's suite of services."
Cake Network will operate basically the same way it always has. They will offer the same successful B2B model including popular options for turnkey or integrated solutions. Cake Network has already signed partners looking to launch under the regulation of the Malta license option the names of which will be released in the near future.
