Chris Moneymaker and Darvin Moon will be hosting a week-long "Mega Stack Challenge" this August at the Foxwoods Resort Casino. The tournament series will run from August 17^th through the 23^rd and will offer more than $500,000 in guaranteed prize money.

Things will kick off on the 17^th with a two day $340 No Limit Hold'em event which will feature a guaranteed prize pool of $125,000. Players will start out with 15,000 chips and levels will increase every 40 minutes during the first day of play.

The "main event" will be the $1,650 No Limit Hold'em event which will run August 21^st-23^rd. It will offer double the guaranteed prize pool with at least $250,000 up for grabs and is expected to draw the most players. Players will start with 40,000 in chips and levels will increase every 50 minutes during the first day of play.

A number of single table, sit & go satellites will be hosted daily from 10am-10pm. Play will begin when 10 players successfully register for the event. Prizes include vouchers for the tournaments and cold hard cash. Buy-ins for the events range from $50 all the way up to $220, as you would imagine the bigger the buy-in the bigger the prize.

Moneymaker, Moon, and Bernard Lee are all expected to compete.
