Fifty one of America's most glamorous women arrived in Las Vegas this weekend in anticipation of the 2011 Miss USA Pageant. This year's pageant will be broadcast live on June 19th on the NBC television network and to get fans revved up, the pageant will be hosting two weeks of special activities leading up to the competition.

The contestants, along with reigning Miss USA Rima Fakih, will be attending an event hosted by "Peepshow" star Josh Strickland this evening at the ritzy Palms Place Hotel and Spa. Fans will have the chance to meet with contestants near the north entrance of the property starting at 6:30 p.m. Those who are staying at the hotel may have already gotten a sneak peek of the bikinis the contestants will be wearing during this year's competition. It is reported that the women were spotted in lounging about in their bikinis in the Palms Place's two acres of swimming pools.

Between the smoking hot ladies running around and the money to be made at the World Series of Poker, (WSOP) Las Vegas is definitely the place to be right now. It is very likely that at least a few poker pros will take a break from the felt long enough to take a peek at this year's Miss USA contestants. Who knows perhaps a new romance will even ensue.
