The ICE 2011 gaming show will kick off at Earls Court in London on January 25th. In the past, the expo has attracted industry professionals from 122 nations and this year's event is expected to be bigger and better than ever before. Some 400 exhibitors will be spread out across 20,000 sq. meters to speak with fellow expo goers about their products and services and over 100 regulators from around the world will be sending out their representatives. It will be an excellent opportunity for people to network and create partnerships so if you're in the area you'll definitely want to check it out.
"Having so many influential regulators coming to ICE is recognition of the show's international status and the reputation it enjoys amongst legislators and influencers," commented ICE gaming show Director Kate Chambers. "The reasons they come to London are exactly the same as those of our 20,000 buyers. Both groups attend because they know that ICE hosts the world's smartest innovators and the biggest names in global gaming."
ICE 2011 will feature several seminars that focus on gaming regulation in different jurisdictions around the world. On January 25th they will hold a seminar on adapting to changes in Europe and the outlook of the US with focus on recent regulation in California and New Jersey. On January 26th they will have courses on UK regulatory developments, Nordic regulatory developments, online gaming in the United States and regulation in Malta. Finally, on January 27th they will hold seminar on emerging jurisdictions in South America and how companies can get in on the industry out there.
Of course, regular online gaming issues will not be ignored during ICE 2011. They will also host conferences covering a wide variety of topics from cyber crime to mobile gaming.
