Parlay Entertainment Inc. and NextGen Gaming have partnered to bring the Australia-based supplier's latest gaming suite to the ParlayGames portfolio.
Announced on Wednesday, the deal will integrate NextGen's flash-based games into Parlay's back-office system and make it available to customers during the next few months.
"… This project will be managed in such a way that it is delivered as a simple software upgrade to our existing customers and as an integral part of the Parlay product suite for new prospects," said Scott White, Parlay's chief executive, in a prepared statement.
Financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
