 The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino will be hosting a special sort of competition this Super Bowl Weekend in Las Vegas. Called the Trash Talk Championship of the World the tournament challenges poker players to put their money where their mouth is and help out a good cause. The event will include lots of activities including the tournament itself, a silent auction, a cocktail reception and a team victory after party. Some big names including poker stars and celebrities are set to be in attendance. Just a few of the celebrities will include artist Michael Godard, Nancy Cartwright of the Simpsons, Playboy Playmate Sara Underwood, MMA Star Randy Couture, and photographer Michael Vincent. As for the poker celebs expect to see WSOP Champion Paul Wasicka, Dan "Blitz" Bilzerian, Antonio “The Magician” Esfandiari, professional backgammon and poker player Sander Lyloff, "The Maven VT" David Chicotsky, Brian Rast, Alec Torelli, and others in attendance. Half of all prize money will go directly to the Sharon Osbourne Colon Cancer Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center and the rest will be left to players. The winner of the tournament will not only go away with the first ever Trash Talkers Championship title but half the pot, plenty of publicity, a beautiful 20 pound crystal trophy and spot at the World Poker Tour Celebrity Invitational. The event will be hosted Saturday February 6th with buy-ins set at $1,000 +$70. Seats are still available so get in now if you still can.
