altMany families this holiday season have fallen victim to the difficult economic times and some have even had to deal with major challenges that have left them in a rut and in debt above their heads struggling to make it through each day. It is in these sad situations that one gambling man labeled as a "modern-day" Robin Hood has taken it upon himself to help out.

A high stakes blackjack player who is known in Las Vegas as "RobinHood702" is no stranger to doing good deeds. Last year, he helped a family that had a little girl who fought off brain cancer. The battle left the family overjoyed to still have their precious daughter, but overwhelmed with medical bills totaling a $35,000 debt. Robin Hood came to that family's rescue and now he wants to help out another family in need of some financial help.

"I'm looking for anyone that's in debt...that needs some help," he said during an interview with Fox News. "I'm going to look for the story that's really going to touch my heart. That's it."

Robin Hood, whose real name remains anonymous, is requesting that families going through difficult times share their own stories on his website. He is planning to choose a family to help out sometime within the next couple months.

"I have gone through a rough year myself, through personal tragedies in my family and financial difficulties, so I know what it's like," said RobinHood702. "But you know what? I'm still here and I still want to help a family, period. Nothing is ever easy for anyone, and I know that full well."

The mystery man with a big heart flew Megan and Madison Kegler to Las Vegas in first class and paid for their stay in a fancy hotel where they were pampered with amazing food and luxurious spa treatments. He then sent them on their way with an extra $35,000 in cash to help them pay off their daughter's medical bills.

Now Robin Hood and Dr. Richard Schultze, a friend who was inspired by the story of the Kegler family want to help out another family this year. He has stated that he is willing to give "thirty, forty, fifty thousand dollars" to the lucky family. "Whatever they need to save their home, to get out of debt, to get out of bankruptcy, I want to help someone out."

It is a wonderful thing to see casino players who have the money giving to those in need. Keep up the good work Robin Hood!
